Trademarks. Google, Google Ads, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Facebook and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named only to describe the platforms we work with; thedigitalhacks is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Results on these platforms are decided by their own systems and are never guaranteed.
Examples, statistics and results. The missed-call messages shown on this website are illustrations, not real customers. Third-party statistics are quoted with their source. The missed-call calculator is an estimate based only on the numbers you enter; it runs in your browser and is not a promise of results.
3. Prices and information
Prices are in US dollars, exclusive of any applicable taxes. Google PPC + SEO AI is $649 per month on a 6-month plan, with your landing page and monthly report included. Google ad spend is not included: you pay it directly to Google. The optional AI Support Agent starts from $1,500. Nothing on this website is a binding offer: scope, term and price are confirmed in a written agreement. We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but provide it without warranty and are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of it, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Privacy policy
Who is responsible. The Digital Hacks is the controller of any personal data processed through this website. You can contact us at hello@thedigitalhacks.com.
What this website collects. Apart from the request form described below, this website has no other forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising pixels or tracking tools. The missed-call calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing. Fonts are served from our own domain, so browsing the page does not send your data to third parties such as Google or Meta.
Hosting and server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, Vercel's servers process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. This is necessary for the site to work and to keep it secure (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR / EU GDPR). Vercel may process this data in the United States under appropriate safeguards; see Vercel's privacy policy.
If you contact us or book a call. Booking links take you to thedigitalhacks.com, which has its own privacy policy. If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and, if you become a client, to prepare and deliver our services. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet legal obligations.
Request form. When you press Send, the form delivers your answers by email to hello@thedigitalhacks.com through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email forwarding service that processes them only to deliver the message. If that fails, it opens your own email app instead. This website does not store them. We use your details (name, business, phone, email, trade, town and answers) only to prepare your free landing page and proposal and to contact you about them by phone or email (steps taken at your request before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b), and your consent). If you don't become a client, we delete them within 12 months. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Your rights. Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the authority in your country. To exercise your rights, email hello@thedigitalhacks.com; we respond within one month.
California residents (CCPA). We do not sell or share personal information. You may ask us to disclose or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@thedigitalhacks.com.
Children. This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
Other websites. This page links to other websites (including the sources of the statistics). Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this policy.
5. Cookie policy
This website does not use cookies, local storage or any similar technology to store or read information on your device, and it contains no tracking pixels. That is why you are not asked for cookie consent.
Your browser may keep a normal cache of the page's files (images, fonts, scripts) to load it faster next time; this contains no personal data and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. If we ever add cookies or analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
6. Changes
We may update this page when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
